Oh, the pain!

On Wednesday a man made over $1000 for yanking out some teeth. Yes, I got 4 wisdom teeth ripped out of my head and I tell you, it hurts. It hurts more than say, getting slapped, but it doesn't hurt as much as say, sitting on a hard wooden chair and bashing your genitals with a rock. Not quite as much.

Luckily, my dealer hooked me up with some Tylonal 3's.

The next day I decided that I was in good enough shape to go to work. I went out for lunch with Black Mamba and got some consomme soup at Eddy Lee's when the pain started up again. When I got back to the office I popped in a couple T3's. After sitting in my chair starring at my computer screen for a while I started to notice that that when I touched my finger together with my thumb, it didn't feel right. I had printed off a document and went to head downstairs to the laser printer when I noticed: "Hey. Walking is hard." I went to go warn a co-worker when I noticed: "Hey. Talking is hard." I probably wouldn't have been so feable had I eaten more food that day, but any food that doesn't go through the process of getting "whipped" or "purreed" doesn't appeal to me.

I had a co-worker drive me home early. Later on, Black Mamba brought me by some mash potatos. Black Mamba's White Mama came by to check me out too. It's nice to be an attention whore, but it's not worth having something ripped out of you. Besides, I'm afraid any pity that comes my way will be short lived as it will be shifted to my roommate, who is getting his gull blatter taken out tomorrow morning.

I got to keep my teeth if anyone wants to see them! They're Freaky-Deekie!

Hub Jr.

It's a Boy!

My best friend, James Husband ("Hub" for short) and his wife Natasha Husband (McMillan) had their baby at 12:25 this morning. They originally told me they were due around the 25th, so I was quite surprised to hear that it came so late.

Hub and Natasha named him Aidin David Charles Husband. He's 7 lbs, 8 ounces.

Black Mamba and I sent them a baby bib with an Edmonton Oilers logo on it. (Hub's a huge Oilers fan). Somehow I knew that they would have a boy.
